My 2nd would have been born on the Williamsburg bridge if I hadn't been waiting for the babysitter. As it was, she arrived before the emts, almost on the toilet.<br/>DH delivered, and tried to tie the umbilical cord with his dirty shoe lace. It gave the midwives a good chuckle, when we finally got to the hospital. (where I delivered the placenta.)<br/><br/>But no massive tearing or cord around the neck, YIKES! <br/><br/>Congratulations to you all. And good luck with the nursing.
