Somewhere Out There

This is the place that I am at. I can’t talk about what I am doing here, because it’s for a story in a magazine that is not the online kind of magazine that tells stories in real time, and because it’s not in real time I can’t tell my own version of the story in real time, so.

I can say this: over the past two days, I have traveled mountain roads and met beautiful children and saw a goat being born and had the best shower of my life. Among other things.

And this: that the story, when it comes, will be a good one.
